Brigitte Mahoney joined Wikstrom in September 2004 as an Administrative Assistant to the firm. Her duties involved providing administrative support to staff as well as preparing various documents and presentations for a number of projects. Since joining Wikstrom, she has moved into the position of Office Manager. Prior to working with Wikstrom, she was the account/billing manager for a busy construction company. She has a total of 13 years experience in construction, legal and government settings giving her a very strong skill set in administration, accounting and supervision. Brigitte manages all of the Human Resources issues within the Company directly under the Principal, including managing the temporary seasonal workers that the firm used for research projects. She currently maintains procedures for managing all contracted accounts, executes monthly billing for clients, and is responsible for all daily financial processes.
